There's a little gun-attachment you can get for aerosol cans. It turns the button into a vertical trigger. That would help for a big job like this. I've used colorbond on my car and have had mixed results, some surfaces adhere to it like factory colour and others flaked off. Your interior looks great! please update with how they hold up.
