Thanks! It's much harder. also-I realized these were actual covers. Now if they were oem I couldn't tell you. But they were super soft when I started. It's because we strip all the lanolin out before coating. Colorbond confirms this as well. You just need to continue to recondition them until they're soft again. I compare it to having a new pair of leather shoes. They need to be re-broken in. I've put 3 coats of conditioner on so far, and they're starting to get back to normal.
