The only obvious problem at the moment is a rattling noise from the twin-screw assembly itself.
It is evident when the engine is hot and only at idle.
In the very beginning, when i had just installed the kit, I really freaked out!
It was a Friday afternoon when i finished the installation of the kit.
So I had to live in agony for the rest of the weekend till Monday so I could get to talk to ESS about it...
According to ESS, that sort of mid pitch noise is to be expected and comes from the teeth of the two drive gears.
However, this rattling can be rather annoying.
Also, it damages the audio profile of the car at idle...
But, as long as it is not a failure-threatening noise and remains just a nuisance, the hell with it...!
