I dropped a line to Beisan and they said my car is a little light on mileage to be experiencing VANOs issues. But they also said that I should consider the VANOs and VANOs rattle repairs they have as preventative maintenance. I read through the procedures. I'm pretty handy and I think I could get through it but it's a daunting task as I'm no mechanic or even close. It would likely be the most advanced thing I've ever tackled. And it would be a bad thing to get wrong.
Since it involves not losing timings as well as VANOS reset after the work, I would highly recommend finding someone or shop who has experience doing this. I'm lucky enough to have "KAIV" near enough to perform this for me.

The engine is butter smooth and quiet after the Beisan stuffs installed => http://www.zpost.com/forums/showpost...&postcount=730
