I ordered some RP Synchromax but decided to stick with the factory MTL-2 for now for warranty reasons. Reading some other forums it seems like many thing RP-S is a bit too thin, which is why it seems to shift smoother, but it may not be viscous enough to provide adequate gear protection long term.  |
Oh, sorry man, MTL as in Redline's MTL. Synchromax should be just fine as well. I found the factory ATF fill thin in the summer here, and temps don't drop below 40F.
