I also in staled EBay Headers and a Ebay intake on my 03 2.5i z4 m54 and I also got the cat below efficiencey code so i called VAC Motorsports and they said that I need a ecu flash because that even if I didn't get a code the stock ecu would compensate for the headers and intake and I would not get much gain till I did the ECU flash. I have not got my ECU flashed yet it cost $650. Steve at VAC said they did just a ecu flash and a diamond muffler and gained 30 HP
