It could be a few things. A bad or dirty MAF or intake turbulence issue from non OEM intake or Bad secondary O2 sensor.

no issue then with the flash and keeping the headers/cats/O2 sensors?
i'll look into cleaning the MAF. any way to trouble shoot for a bad MAF? possibly bechcheck for resistances?
Intake is OEM, minus the scoop and filter. I have not read any such issues using these parts together.
anyone know of a way to troubleshoot for a possible bad secondary O2? given the flash, can i just disconect secondary O2 and forget about it?
