I have given the vendor the opportunity to do the right thing and cancel my order (which they have already charged me for weeks ago) and I still have no tracking number. I have elevated to the store owner and will get my credit card company involved if they don't get me a tracking number or cancel my order. The vendor was claiming they would have to charge me 500.00plus in restocking if I cancel my order and my reaction was - umm Bull$hit! If they handle this correctly I will let it go. If they continue to jerk me around I will be sure to share my experience with as many people as possible.
