1st thing that comes to mind....
Brake fluid change (full flush)
2nd thing....
Check tyre dates.
Those are safety aspects
Change the coolant, and when you do try to get most of it out.
That means also removing the coolant drain from the engine, dismanteling some coolant hoses and blow through with some compressed air (heater on etc).
The combination of a cast iron block and aluminium head/misc. parts can give galvanic corrosion, so the state of your coolant is more important.
If you drive your car very little, it might be an idea to use/add a fuel stabilizer when you fuel your car.
Be sure to run the airconditioning every time you start it up.
When you store your car disconnecting the battery (the negative clamp) is better.
