Yeah, I flew single seat legacies out in Lemoore. It was a blast! Some of the Bravos I trained on are pushing 30+ years old. I don't believe I've had the honor of meeting Dean Coester, unless he was one of the sim instructors whose real name I didn't know. Circumstances have forced me to redesignate (medical, downsizing, grades, etc.), so I'm headed over to the Seabee side now. I figured it was the only other place I could carry a gun and blow things up. I miss flying, and especially miss buzzing the nudist colony out in R-2508 at about 200 ft and 550 kts. No exhaust will ever make the Z4 as obnoxious as a Hornet.
