Wheels: 18x8.5 +40 front / 18x9.5 +22 rear Velocity CSL reps. I got mine from

Tires: 245/40/18 front / 275/35/18 rear Nitto NT-01s or Toyo RA-1s.
www.discounttiredirect.com is the best place for the Nittos,
www.aimtire.com is the place for the Toyos.
I'm running NT-01s right now (daily driving and track) and love them, but the RA-1s last a little longer and aren't as loud on the road. Sounds like you're just looking for track tires though, so that's a moot point.
No spacers needed, no rubbing.
