I have discovered that the door in the climate system that controls air intake (outdoor/indoor/Automatic) is wonky. When I change the setting sometimes the car fogs up almost instantly (not on Indoor air). The remedy is to keep changing the setting until the door finds the right spot and outside air is allowed in. Fogged windows go away.
Or, you can just run your AC all the time but that costs 2.5 MPG. Premium is expensive.
