I'd keep the Z4M as the fun street car and get the 'Vette for track fun if money were no object. If money were a consideration then same keeper route (Z for street) and a track prepped but still street legal E36 M3 you can drive too and from the track. I'm actually faster in the M3, coils, other mods, than a stock Z4M. And at the price and lack of relative rarity the M3 isn't the same sentimental factor or ball up factor compared to the Z4M.

The Porsche Turbo with PCCB is a poor track choice if you're thinking of that. Expensive (16k) rotors, needs suspension mods and/or TPC racing DSC module. If your thinking street the power is fun but of somewhat limited use given how fast felony speeds approach. Under 3 sec to 60 is fun but how often?
