Kind of different than the other cars mentioned but if you're not going to put too many miles on it, why don't you pick a car that will also make you money?
To me the NSX is one of the most versatile, sports cars of it's time. And they have been doing nothing but going up in value. They are very reliable, still gorgeous, relatively easy to wrench on and much loved!
