Ron Polimeni says that he's aware of the Canandaigua Polimenis, and has seen their restaurant in passing, but that they're not related.
I commented to Ron that it seems like both families are displaying their true Italian heritage—Ron's by their passion for automobile racing, and the other family by their passion for food!
