When you install your coils it is possible to not push them in fully causing a misfire. I had that problem on my E46M. Make sure to push them in firmly before locking them in place. That's an easy check so I would definitely try that.
Also make sure you did not cross your 02 sensors. That will make you throw all kinds of codes.
Give us the actual codes that you threw. There is also a fuse in the DME that sometimes gets blown which will throw half a dozen codes and put you in limp mode.

when you say cross your 02 sensors, do you mean putting them in the wrong spots in the headers? if so i made sure i marked each one where they were spose to go
