The car starting acting extremely strange just before i pulled into my street, prior to this i heard kind of a ringing noise, almost as if metal was vibrating.

Basically the car sounds like a west coast customs chopper right now, misfiring everywhere, gurgles pops u name it,

the throttle is very sketchy,

my ODB II scanner gave me 5 codes, 4 of them being 02 sensors from just installing my headers, the 5th was P0301 which is Misfire Detected in #1 Cylinder


Can anyone tell me what could have caused this? What I can do to fix?

My car is 06 if this is possibly a vanos-related issue that has not had the extended bolts replace the existing ones

recently installed performance mods: AA headers, RPi exhaust, TCKline coils (dunno if this helps but thought i'd add it in)

I was driving my car normally up to this point as well, maybe a few extra down shifts to hear my new exhaust set up
