There is a specific order to the install/initial power up of the mediabridge.... Read the instructions on this... Disconnect wires and reinstall/power up radio in correct sequence. Just went through this with my radio/mediabridge this morning when I was changing out radio to check a speaker issue... Lost my audio on BT but still had it on USB...
The issue can also happen if your DSP unit is bad...had that happen as well. Had to buy a new DSP unit to replace the unit which had gone bad due to radio/amp issue compatibility issue.
