yes. the ///m-sport suspension is, if you believe BMW, 15mm lower than the non-sport suspension cars.

235/40 front and 265/35 rear will yield no rubbing.

you will still have fender gap, albeit 1/2" less than non-sport suspension. my car is a very similar look (fit-wise) to the VMR 18's... http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=515290
...and you can see how some angles make the car look tall, even with the ///m-sport susp.
