Well, I've had a similar idea for a while, but it involved getting absolutely all the electronics and systems along with the engine. I've talked with the chief mechanic at the dealership and he said that there is not reason it shouldn't work if you get the whole system and engine. I am not sure what will happen if you get the system without the engine though.
