Having talked to Mike I believe at ExtremePSI he recommended the
TIAL QRJ BLOWOFF/BYPASS VALVE #27564.
It has screw in inlet and outlet that can be sized or configured to whatever system, Turbo or S/C that you have.I went with 1" nipple on both ends as that was what came on the VF Kit.
Do not know if it sounds any different but the BPV supplied with the VF kit was defective.
I can give feed back in the spring.
It really is a shame it isn't more visible.

Good info as always Dave! I was thinking about going for a red or blue BPV, but I was concerned about it getting scratched up.
If I had known you were having issues with your VF-supplied BPV, I could had sent you my unused one! It's sitting in the garage collecting dust.
