http://www.realoem.com/bmw/ for the part numbers and prices. Pretty much the only safe source for these would be to order through the spare parts department of your local BMW dealer/maintenance center.
If you are planning to install them on a non-M Z4, then for example you can purchase the M steering wheel (minus the red-blue stitching - the option uses black stitching) as an after-market option for any Z4. They will just change out the steering wheel and the airbag will remain. I'd bet the front spoiler is also available as an after-market option "M Front Spoiler" which would be a part of the larger "M Sport"-kit for any Z4.
