Does the music play via the radio….
Is it in “Bluetooth mode” on the radio….
If using Blu-bus are you in the correct mode…
If using a Bluetooth adapter plugged into the “aux” circuit… is the radio on aux…
And finally…. Is your amp working (not applicable if you can get music via the speakers….)
I have the Carver DSP system/amp…..and blu-bus and have on occasion unable to hear. I solved the problem by trial and error and damned if I can remember exactly what I did in that case…. But resetting…unplugging… reloading blu-bus software (ensure you have the upgraded version for carver/DSP connectivity… worked with Ted/Blubus developer on that update) eventually restored my audio.
Edit to add…. With Blubus… pressing Button 1 “pauses” music playback… pressing it again, restores/unpauses audio.
