As the title says, my electric top opens without any issues but will not close automatically. The motor does engage and you can hear the lines tighten up. I have to assist it until around the halfway point then it finishes closing on its own.
- I have a fairly new pump motor relocated to the trunk.
- I do not have any fluid leaking anywhere.
- Red leaver is not pulled or else it wouldn't open.
- Microswitch is not a factor for the same reason as the red leaver.
- I have an '08 3.0si (which shouldn't matter)
Any advice is welcomed!
