This. Exactly this. You and I and maybe a few other lucky ones know of this experience. Driving a Miata REALLY hard through the twisties is life changing. The balance, the lightness, the snickety-snick gear box, the transparent steering, grippy brakes, seating position and oh the visibility. You can plan your line through that corner 3 times over with how far you can see ahead.
