Buy another set of tires and wheels. I have a set of Goodyear F1 AS tires on my stock wheels for my everyday wheels. My other set is for track insanity (BBS RGR with Michelin Sport Cups). All those cars you see on youtube sliding around in the snow in the winter are likely a result of people ignoring the warnings about their tires, lack of snow driving skills, or both.

FWIW--Here in Germany you can be fined if you drive a car in the winter months without snow or all season tires. You ever notice when the car blings at you when the temperature is 37 degrees or below? That's the limit of most summer tires traction ability. You should heed the outside temperature as well as whether the road is wet or dry. On cold roads with summer tires, you're less likely to get feedback from your tires before it's too late (tire squeel).
