Oasis is very cool too.
If you're into britpop you could listen to Suede (one of the first britpop bands).
Leadsinger Brett Anderson was also very influenced by Bowie.
All his songs are either about drugs or the mediocreness of the UK society I think 
Pretty much Trainspotting in songs avant la lettre
(still this is all 20 year old music though, not so much new bowie influenced stuff.) |
