At 7500 it's so loud that a bit if trim on the passenger a pillar sometimes vibrates

Does the hunting vanish after about 30-60 seconds following a startup? The car starts in an open loop mode because the oxygen sensors aren't warmed up. Prior to them warming up, they will give inaccurate readings and are ignored by the ECU. The car should run rich at this stage to be on the safe side. Obviously there's "too rich", but "rich" is normal.
