I am puzzled by a few things:

-The 1 inch gap behind the oil cooler that will be high pressure

-and there isn't anything in the kit to close off the area around air filter.

The stock oil cooler has a piece around it that draws below the radiator, which keeps the radiator high pressure in front, oil cooler high pressure in front, and both have low pressure behind them.

I think some things need to be fabricated to maximize the cooling affects of the existing 525 coolers, and stock coolers.

DME is to arrive Monday at 12 and then she will be all done. At least for now.
1.Intake, The intake is well isolated in the bumper and since you will be FI now all that really matters is exposure to cool fresh air so I wouldn't worry about that .

2.) Oil cooler location: Yeah it being 1 inch in front of the radiator is not ideal at all especially for the radiator. Unfortunately bc the intercooler is so large there is no place to put it where it has no effect on the radiator and gets good clean air. The only solution which you suggested would be to fabricate ducting (Major PITA but the best option).
