sorry so late in replying, been offline for a while. pulled my invoice from Harrison Motorsports and part was $299, labor $357. I think if memory serves it was a Turner motorsports part also used in e46 M3 and they just figured a way to mount to z4m bumper at the shop.
since this done and car stripped down for weight, braked work much better with overheating issues. also, air flow reduces significantly the brake dust accumulation in csl type drilled rotors on track days. hope this helps -jon
