For the tires, I'd recommend 235/35/19 & 265/30/19. You will see no benefit from going with the 275/30/19, which will only induce more understeer than stock and are more expensive than the 265/30/19. Gas mileage will be slightly worse but probably neglectible. Unless you get 245/35/19, it's really pointless to get the 275/30/19 except they look nicer to the car behind you.
