as long as those tire sizes apply to 18's, and you recognize you will need an alignment after install (which could mean extra neg camber in front over stock settings), then you will be just fine.
remember too that h&r's are pretty hard on stock struts and shocks, so be prepared to need new ones more on the soon side of "sooner or later".
